The Nashville Career Advancement Center connects youth, ages 14-21, with opportunities to learn about the workplace and careers, helps them have the academic credentials they need to be employable, and provides community service and leadership development opportunities to help them gain the soft skills they will need to maintain employment.

We do this through guiding and overseeing the programs we directly administer and by developing partnerships with youth-serving organizations throughout the four counties.
